Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or other biomedical field and 3 years of experience. Experience must include working with high-throughput genomics/genotyping technologies, next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, pathway analysis using tools such as DAVID, and public resources such as UCSC and TCGA, as well as Linux/Unix scripting, and Python and R coding.
