To work with the PI to develop, design and deliver a body of high quality research into the soundscape indices. To work with the ERC team and help to supervise project students. To work with stakeholders and developing new relationships across policy, academia, industry. To prepare and present findings of research activity to colleagues for review purposes. To submit papers to appropriate journals and attend and present findings at appropriate conferences. To prepare progress reports and ethics reports on research for funding body as required. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relative subject area (engineering, social science, science) or be near to completion, or have commensurate research experience. The postholder will work with the ERC and UCL teams to deliver high quality research and assist with project student supervision. The postholder will work with stakeholders, submit papers for publication, present findings of research activity to colleagues and externally at conferences. The post is funded for 3 years in the first instance, further funding to support the post may be available.
