Position: National Alternative Distribution Manager

Duties: Alternative Distribution is a dynamic team within Zurich Direct Markets that develops product sales relationships through a variety of distribution channels. These channels may include direct marketers, financial institutions, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology companies and other service providers. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Alternative Distribution, this role will be responsible for creating and supporting new ideas for our direct sales team and dealer customers, implementing marketing strategies for alternative distribution channels, evaluating technology platforms to facilitate growth in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and improving the customer experience
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Sales area; or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area. Experience with account management underwriting loss development, and underwriter communication. • Experience managing buying processes. • Portfolio management experience. • Experience with principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology. • Experience working within a regulatory environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office. • Experience analyzing financial statements
