Position: Senior Analytics Reporting Analyst - Customer Experience

Duties: We are hiring an Senior Analytics Database Developer who is an expert in acquiring, structuring and enabling data so that it can be used in both reports and analyzing data across multiple customer touchpoints. This position drives data collection and data capture across cross-functional verticals including cross-channel customer experience, digital, mobile, business operations and voice of the customer programs. Deliver accurate and timely data management, availability and processes including manual data consolidation to enable reporting and analytics teams to drive a significant change in customer experience
Requirements: Solid experience driving data modeling and data engineering activities within analytics teams. Strong hands-on experience with extracting multiple data-sets, writing complex SQL queries & building database tables. Recognized as subject matter expert for ETL development, integrations of multiple data sets and database implementation. Minimum of 5 years detailed technical analytics database experience with digital, mobile, contact center, operational, or consumer data. Excellent technical database experience and scripting languages using tools including Netezza, Teradata and Hadoop, MySQL and Python. Basic SAS and Tableau experience required (R, Perl, HIVE a plus)
