Duties: Nottingham Trent University is looking for an ETL developer to join our team of Business Intelligence developers as we move into an exciting period of change.​ Working alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, DBAs and developers, you will be involved in a wide range of projects in a fast moving, dynamic environment where demand for high quality data is extremely high. ​The role involves liaison at a range of levels across the University from academics, to student union representatives to senior leadership
Requirements: ​Be highly proficient in ETL practices and theory and have a track record of designing and building Kimball based data marts from a wide a diverse range of data sources across a range of database platforms. ​Be highly proficient in ETL tools, in particular IBM Data Stage and/or Data Manager. Be in possession of excellent soft skills and able to gather requirements and understand expectations of internal customers. ​Some experience of producing reports in a recognised reporting tool, ideally Cognos BI suite. Experinece of working in an Agile team
