Duties: To support all teams within Strategic Philanthropy as they work to raise philanthropic income to support priority projects within UCL’s Philanthropy and Supporter Engagement Campaign. Provide exceptional customer service to donors and other guests, academic and clinical partners, service providers, and staff (within OVPD, Provost’s Office and across UCL). Work with fundraisers to ensure all upcoming stewardship actions are delivered in line with the donor’s expectations and agreed timeline
Requirements: As the successful candidate you will have experience of building and developing effective relationships with donors and/or stakeholders. An outstanding communicator, you will be confident working across a broad range of teams and individuals to ensure UCL delivers a sector-leading donor experience for its supporters. You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach to problem solving, and will be passionate about innovation in donor relations more generally
