Job Description: Institutional research is conducted within the College's Office of Research, Analysis, and Planning. This position reports to the Dean of Research, Analysis, and Planning. Support strategic planning, assessment, and unit effectiveness work conducted throughout the College. Maintain the office's webpage. Serve on membership councils, committees, and project teams as appropriate. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience using Cognos, Banner, and/or Blackboard Analytics preferred. Demonstrated experience in major statistical packages such as SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SPSS, Stata, or R preferred. Demonstrated experience in SQL programming and using SQL to query and summarize data required. Experience with relational database platforms and experience of building, cleaning and analyzing large datasets required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative setting.
