Requirements: BSc (2: 2 or above) in biomedical sciences or a relevant subject. Significant ELISA experience in a GCP, GMP, GLP or ISO9001 accredited laboratory. Experience in Assay Validation, high throughput ELISA and experience in QA processes is desirable
   
Text: Laboratory Technician, - Ref:1792696 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health Location of position London Grade 6 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) ?28,574 - ?33,487 per annum Duties and Responsibilities The WHO Pneumococcal Serology Reference lab (WHO PSRL) is part of the Immunobiology section within the Infection, Immunity, Inflammation and Physiological Medicine (IIIP) programme. The post forms part of the WHO PSRL group of fifteen staff who together ensure the smooth running of the group within the UCL GOS Institute of Child Health. The post holder will supporting the ELISA team and performing high throughput ELISAs in the Vaccine Evaluation group, Immunobiology section, in accordance to Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) and Perform all processes according the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This post is available for 18 months in the first instance. Key Requirements BSc (2:2 or above) in biomedical sciences or a relevant subject.
