S/he will manage the Gene Therapy Group resources and will be responsible for the daily operations, as well as the financial and space planning, of the Group
Requirements: Applicants should be educated to A level and Honours Degree or equivalent level professional experience. An administrator with experience of working within large complex organisations (e.g. Universities/NHS) interacting with a range of staff at various levels. S/he must have operational experience of delivery of research grants, high level administrative support and established experience of personnel and project management

The post holder will report to the Leads of the Gene Therapy Group, who are currently Professors Adrian Thrasher and Bobby Gaspar. S/he will work closely with the research, translational and clinical team, who are responsible for delivery of complex gene and cell therapies. S/he will manage the Gene Therapy Group resources and will be responsible for the daily operations, as well as the financial and space planning, of the Group. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated administrator who will work efficiently in a team and independently. This post is funded until 17 January 2021 in the first instance.
