Text: Student Records Officer (Maternity Cover), - Ref:1792460 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Student and Registry Services Specific unit / Sub department Student Records Location of position London Grade 6 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) ?28,574 to ?33,487 per annum Duties and Responsibilities The Student Records Officer is part of a team providing effective administration of UCL?s processes for student record keeping from enrolment to graduation, including module selection, assessment mark processing, progression and awarding of qualifications. Duties will include: being responsible for UG, PGT and PGR students; working collaboratively and positively with contacts in other professional services, academic departments and faculties; assisting with enrolment, responding to queries, processing examination entries; working as part of a team in a flexible way to ensure the team meets its objectives and timescales. In addition the candidate would be expected to contribute ideas and suggestions on how to improve some of the processes. This post is maternity cover and is available up to June 2019 or when the post holder returns, whichever is sooner. It is also available as a secondment opportunity, open to existing UCL staff only. Secondees from UCL will be considered for the fixed term position alongside any external applicants.
