Position: Assistant or Associate Professor in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior

Duties: A tenure track position in the area of Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior (HRM/OB) at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate is expected to take a leadership role in the further development of HR major and coordinating with CPHR. Teaching responsibilities will be primarily in the area of human resources management, including undergraduate and graduate courses
Requirements: Ph.D. in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior at the time of appointment. Candidates at the Assistant rank should demonstrate research potential (e.g., evidence of an emerging scholarly record, ability to establish and maintain an independent research program), evidence of high-quality teaching and a capacity for collaboration and collegial service. Candidates at the Associate rank should have demonstrated a strong record of high-quality performance in research, teaching and service. It offers three degrees - A Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting, Finance, General Business, Human Resources, International Business, and Marketing; a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration.
