Position: Senior Manager, Centralised Research Facilities

Duties: Providing strategic advice to the Executive Director, REDI and supported by a dedicated, high-performing team, you will support staff, research students and other users on the development and implementation of initiatives to promote high quality research outcomes, partnerships with business, industry and other research organisations, and continued development of the laboratories that make up the Centralised Research Facilities
Requirements: The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, consultation and problem solving abilities, including demonstrated experience developing and managing high performing teams, fostering a high level of team morale to produce positive results. The candidate should demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and tight deadlines in high volume environments

We are seeking Senior Manager with proven experience in managing Scientific Laboratories. Providing strategic advice to the Executive Director, REDI and supported by a dedicated, high-performing team, you will support staff, research students and other users on the development and implementation of initiatives to promote high quality research outcomes, partnerships with business, industry and other research organisations, and continued development of the laboratories that make up the Centralised Research Facilities.
