Duties: We are now seeking to appoint an Exams and Assessments Administrator to ensure the continued efficient and successful delivery of all examination and assessment related activity within the Institute, in accordance with the University’s procedures and regulations. The post holder will be a central point of contact for assessment related queries. Duties will include problem solving, collation of assessment results, scanning and collating of answer sheets, inputting marks onto Mysis, distributing feedback in a timely manner and accurate record keeping. The post holder will liaise with a wide range of people and will be expected to represent the Institute in a professional, efficient and courteous manner

In 2014 we opened the first new dental school and hospital in the UK for 40 years, the stunning £78m Royal London Dental Hospital, giving us the most technologically advanced dental facilities in the country. We are now seeking to appoint an Exams and Assessments Administrator to ensure the continued efficient and successful delivery of all examination and assessment related activity within the Institute, in accordance with the University’s procedures and regulations. The post holder will be a central point of contact for assessment related queries. Duties will include problem solving, collation of assessment results, scanning and collating of answer sheets, inputting marks onto Mysis, distributing feedback in a timely manner and accurate record keeping. The post holder will liaise with a wide range of people and will be expected to represent the Institute in a professional, efficient and courteous manner. The post is full time and permanent, starting March 2019, or very soon thereafter. Starting salary will be in the range £ 27,251- £33,615 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave, pension scheme, interest-free season ticket loan. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
