A Masters degree or equivalent and current industry experience in a subject relevant to the role. For consideration of appointment at Senior Teaching Fellow level it is expected that an applicant will have a PhD/Doctorate or equivalent, substantial and current industry experience. Demonstrable sound knowledge in the subject area (Communications, Leadership). Good computer skills. Experience of a variety of learning styles and techniques. Proven experience of implementing innovative teaching methodologies. Active involvement in student pastoral care relating to a specific programme and/or as a departmental or programme tutor.
