They post holder will also be expected to help to assess and allocate students to the correct level
Requirements: In order to carry out the duties effectively, the person appointed must be qualified to teach the language as a foreign language and have complete fluency in the language to be taught. Previous experience in teaching language to adults and experience of teaching in the university sector is a must. The person appointed should also have a fluent command of written and spoken English

Classes are confirmed at the start of term. 1 course equates to 10 weekly contact periods, which equate to 40 paid hours. Salary (inclusive of London allowance) ?20.27 - ?22.00 per hour Salary pro-rata for part time vacancies Duties and Responsibilities The UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES) is seeking to make six appointments; Polish, Slovene, Finnish, Romanian, Hungarian and Serbian/Croatian Evening Course Language Tutors. The appointment will be made on an 'as and when' basis (i.e. subject to there being sufficient number of students for the course to run) and classes will be confirmed at the start of each academic term. Teaching requirements will be confirmed at the start of 10 week sessions. Each class run for two hours and for each hour taught the teacher is paid an additional hour for preparation work and course work feedback.
