Requirements: The successful candidate will ideally have excellent written and verbal communications skills, time management and proven analytical skills; with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The post holder must have knowledge of current issues, policy and good practice in relation to gender equality in higher education, the Athena SWAN Charter and experience of producing or evaluating Athena SWAN award applications

The postholder will proactively support and advise the Divisions and Institutes of the Faculty in developing applications for Athena SWAN awards and in the implementation of their respective action plans. Acting as the primary point of contact for Athena SWAN leads within the Faculty, the role will involve facilitating relationships, sharing best practice and providing coordination of gender equality initiatives across the Faculty.
