Position: Marketing Communications Officer (CRM Data & Insights)

Play an integral part in planning campaigns by recommending data and strategies based on your data analysis and previous experience. Produce analysis after campaigns to feed back to teams, ensuring the method used is transparent. Ensure data meets the organisation’s needs. Work with teams across the organisation to develop KPI reports to monitor success
Requirements: The successful candidate will demonstrated aptitude in developing B2B/C, CRM programmes, showing the ability to plan towards campaigns, test programmes and implement full CRM activities. Previous experience as a Data Steward or Data Planner or Comms Data & Insights Officer. Advanced Excel experience. Extensive data management experience, including in-depth knowledge of data integration, data configuration, and general database concepts. Able to create propensity models/segmentations. Flexibility, variety and pace are also important aspects within the role, as is an attitude of responsibility
   
Text: Marketing Communications Officer (CRM Data & Insights), - Ref:1784631 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Communications and Marketing Location of position London Grade 6 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) ?28,574 - ?33,487 per annum Duties and Responsibilities The Communications and Marketing division is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of high quality, strategic and proactive communications and marketing activity for UCL, with a particular focus on supporting the delivery of one of the Key Enablers in UCL's Strategy 2034, "Communicating and Engaging Effectively with the World." In order to enhance the University?s profile and reputation, the division targets key audiences internally and externally, including prospective students, staff, employers and institutional partners. The division is a service driven function of approximately 65 communications and marketing professionals, working closely alongside our eleven academic faculties and our eight professional services divisions to understand and collaborate on their priorities, opportunities and challenges.
