Position: Quality Officer for Academic Affairs

Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Contribute to the further development and implementation of the University’s internal quality assurance framework for study programmes. Assist the University community in preparing for external evaluation and accreditation of its teaching activities and support quality management in overseeing evaluation and accreditation processes. Coordinate course evaluations for the whole University and develop new (qualitative) feedback instruments. Analyse feedback data and coordinate the development of resources for professional training and peer-to-peer learning
Requirements: Academic degree at Bachelor or Master level or equivalent. At least two (Master) or four (Bachelor) years of professional experience in an institution of higher education (higher education or curriculum development, educational quality management, student management or as a teacher/instructor or study programme manager. Interest in higher education innovation and quality developmen. Ability to integrate into ongoing projects, to liaise with stakeholders, and to organise work autonomously. Dependable communication skills, proficiency in English and in at least either German or French, good teamworking skills. Experience in data analysis or qualitative research methods is an asset
