Position: Integration Architect

Collaborate with architects across IT disciplines (e.g. solution, information) to ensure integration designs fit within the overall project solution architectures
Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; Significant successful integration architecture experience in large, complex and changing environments; Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration best practice and practical implementation; Proven ability to pragmatically develop and assess designs and architectures for quality, adherence to enterprise architectures and achievability considerations; Demonstrated knowledge of ESB, SOA, Web Services, OO & Event Coding, SQL, Network Protocols; Desirable: Previous experience working as a senior designer/developer

Your new role As the Integration Architect you will be responsible for the leading and development of Integration Technical Capabilities for Curtin over multiple concurrent assignments. You will work directly in the Integration Competency Centre as the primary architect. As a result of the specialisation in integration the position will also provide consulting in related areas in architecture, planning and operational teams on a regular basis and more broadly across the university as required. In doing so, you will contribute to the development of Curtin’s integration capability, architecture, framework, standards, awareness, compliance and practices.
