We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Programme Manager to join our world-class Degree Education and Careers Centre department. The Role Are you a fountain of knowledge with a thirst for learning? In this role you’ll play a key role in delivering London Business School’s Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA) programme. Launched in 2016, this course is ever-growing and changing, and you can be a big part of that. As a people person and natural planner, your daily activities will range from offering academic guidance and pastoral support to planning and delivering a range of projects and events. You’ll also: • Have stream management responsibility for both streams of MFA students, providing outstanding pastoral care and customer service throughout the student journey • Plan and deliver large-scale events such as Foundations and Business Challenge Week • Develop an effective knowledge of the MFA elective portfolio and advise students on their elective choices • Efficiently distribute information to students and other stakeholders through the most effective channels • Use excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the School • Alongside the Programme Administrator, support the Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager and wider Early Careers team in the development and implementation of new initiatives and ongoing growth of the Masters in Financial Analysis as part of the Early Careers community Share our knowledge We generate research and ideas that have a real, lasting influence on people, businesses and markets around the world.
