Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience of admissions in a higher education setting. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. The nature of the work requires individuals with good interpersonal skills who are able to successfully work in a team
   
Text: Admissions Officer, - Ref:1784389 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Student and Registry Services Specific unit / Sub department Access and Admissions Location of position London Grade 6 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) ?28,574 - ?33,487 per annum Duties and Responsibilities We are looking to recruit an experienced Admissions Officer to work in our central admissions team, which manages applications to programmes across UCL. The post will be focused on undergraduate applications. Duties will include: the administration of all aspects of undergraduate admissions, such as assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria; communicating decisions to UCAS and applicants; handling enquiries from applicants, parents, schools and colleagues within UCL; preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system; and ensuring all entrants meet are compliant with statutory requirements. There are 2 posts available. One post is open ended and the other post available is for a fixed term only to provide maternity leave cover until June 2019 (or the return of the substantive post-holder, whichever is sooner).
