Duties: We are seeking a talented and motivated postdoc in computational biology to join the Cancer Genomics laboratory. The post holder will perform large-scale genomics analyses of sarcomas in the context of Genomics England’s 100, 000 Genomes project, characterizing the landscape of driver mutations and mutational processes across sarcoma entities, and studying the evolutionary history of sarcomas
Requirements: PhD in genomics, computational biology, computer science or equivalent, or in the final stages of PhD submission. Evidence of independent and original contributions to research. Fluency in at least one programming language. Excellent collaboration, communication, organisation, and time management skills. Commitment to high quality research. A keen interest in cancer genomics
