Duties: MATLAB Connector is a desktop application that enables new and exciting connected workflows for MATLAB users. You will be responsible for designing and implementing MATLAB Connector UIs using JavaScript and HTML5, for developing (in modern C++) the backend support services, and for integrating with operating system capabilities. You will work with a team of Developers, Quality Engineers, User Experience specialists and Visual Designers to design and implement solutions that provide an easy to use and seamless experience to our users
Requirements: A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required. An interest in design and implementation of UIs. Experience with web technologies (HTML5/JS/CSS). An enthusiasm for learning new languages and technologies. Experience with modern C++. Experience with multiple operating systems. Familiarity with design patterns and principals of SOLID architecture. Experience with MATLAB

Responsibilities Working with a team to design and develop UIs for MATLAB Connector Participate in, and contribute to, design reviews, code reviews, and project planning. Collaborate with team members across departments and international offices to gather requirements and design input, review designs and build and deliver solutions. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
