Event promotion: responsible for event communication plan including on- and offline activities. AORecon appearance at events: planning of AORecon booth or other appearances at global events
Requirements: To meet the job requirements you preferably have a commercial degree and ideally two years' professional work experience. In addition you have the ability to work accurately and effectively to given deadlines and apply a structured working technique. The job demands strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail and the ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment. You have a good command of written and spoken English, German is an advantage

We are looking for a highly motivated person for our office in Davos as an AORecon Education Coordinator In this function you effectively support the administrative and successful organization of AORecon's educational events and meetings. Key responsibilities Event management: responsible for coordination of logistics with local contacts for AORecon events around the world, as well as management of chosen events at the event location when needed Participant management: monitoring of registrations, general point of contact for all event related information Faculty management: point of contact for assignments, travel arrangements and reimbursements as well as communication with event contributors Event promotion: responsible for communication plan and execution together with the AORecon communication specialist for each event AORecon appearance: help planning representation of AORecon at relevant external events To meet the job requirements, you preferably have a commercial degree and ideally at least two years of professional experience. In addition, you have the ability to work accurately and effectively to given deadlines and apply a structured working technique. The job demands strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail, and the ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment.
