Position: Assistant Business Controlling

Duties: Together with the Head of Business Controlling and their team you will support and advise the management team and project managers on all finance-related matters. You will play an active role in project cost controlling and deviation analysis, monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, as well as mid-term planning. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external queries and requests. You will perform daily administrative and organizational tasks independently and in a timely manner. In addition, you will participate as a project team member on various projects seeking to improve business and controlling processes
Requirements: To apply for this position, you should have a professional education in business administration (bachelor's degree or equivalent), ideally with one to three years hands-on experience in an international environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability are all key qualities we are looking for in the successful applicant for this role, in addition to the ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and German, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Office tools are also desirable
