Position: Assistant Professor - Development of Sub-10 nm Scale New Electronic Materials and Their Devices

The successful candidate will be required to engage in the education at Graduate Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology
Requirements: Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree. The successful applicant will have an outstanding track record about the investigations of nanoscale electronic materials or their devices in the field of solid-state electronics, solid-state physics, solid-state chemistry or materials science.
