Position: Faculty Marketing Manager (x2)

Duties: You will provide marketing guidance to your Faculty for advertising, promotion, production of marketing collateral and digital communications for prospective student recruitment and will implement a broad range of domestic and international marketing communications that strengthen the reputation of Curtin and the Faculty to drive student recruitment. You will ensure that all marketing material is of a best practice standard, that information is accurate and consistent across all media channels whilst managing the ongoing gathering of marketing analytics pertaining to the Faculty’s reputation and recruitment marketing needs
Requirements: Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification and extensive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Proven ability to develop and implement creative and successful marketing strategies and initiatives and demonstrated marketing and brand management skills, including briefing and managing marketing campaigns. Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships and the ability to negotiate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated high level oral and written communications skills with well-developed cross cultural sensitivities. Demonstrated ability to supervise and provide guidance to others. Evidence of strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while delivering a high quality client service. Demonstrated project management experience, including the development and implementation of critical paths, and leading or participating in project teams

Your new role Two exciting opportunities for experienced Marketing Managers have arisen within our University Marketing team. The full time continuing role sits within our vibrant Faculty of Business and Law and the maternity cover manages and coordinates the marketing strategy for our Health Sciences Faculty. Managing a small team within each Faculty, you will work collaboratively with other University Marketing teams to enhance the Curtin brand and reputation amongst priority external audiences. You will build strong relationships with Faculty staff and schools to understand their marketing needs and provide them with strategic and tactical marketing advice whilst developing, implementing and reviewing the Faculty Strategic Marketing Plan. You will provide marketing guidance to your Faculty for advertising, promotion, production of marketing collateral and digital communications for prospective student recruitment and will implement a broad range of domestic and international marketing communications that strengthen the reputation of Curtin and the Faculty to drive student recruitment. The ideal incumbent will come from a strong marketing background, ideally within the tertiary education sector, and will have extensive management experience. This position is broad ranging in its scope and requires someone who is flexible and able to manage a range of diverse activities. You will have excellent use of initiative accompanied with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to report on marketing budgets.
