Current registration with the NMC as an Adult Nurse. Degree in a health related subject. Postgraduate Diploma. Masters degree in a health or education related subject or equivalent experience. Recognised Teaching Qualification or NMC recorded teacher status. Substantial clinical experience in Nursing. Experience of supporting pre-registration Nursing students in a HEI and/or practice setting. Current links with clinical practice. Evidence of Participation in scholarship/research/innovative practice. Experience of curriculum development. Excellent communication skills, including oral presentation and writing, and attention to detail. Able to work effectively within a team. Able to work to tight deadlines with competing demands.
