You’ll collaborate with faculty, contributors and learning suppliers to offer the very best in learning experiences. Your role will also include: • Creating programme strategies to ensure we continuously deliver to the client’s and participant’s needs, as well as contributing to the overarching strategy of the department as well as • Taking the lead on diagnostics, design, development and delivery of bespoke learning solutions. • Being an ambassador for the London Business School, contributing to marketing and PR activities. • Sharing your knowledge with the team and researching new trends and advancements to stay up-to-date with the industry. • Collaborating and managing relationships with colleagues across the School, stakeholders and external suppliers. Who We Are Looking For • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Masters or MBA desirable). • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at various levels. • Significant experience in undertaking diagnostics for organisations, designing learning journeys, developing and delivering bespoke programmes. • Strong and experienced facilitator. • First-class organisational skills with good planning skills along with meticulous attention to detail. • Good knowledge and experience in implementing design thinking. • An energetic and conscientious team player. • The ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. • In depth knowledge of business education and L&D in medium to large organisations. • Proven financial management. • Demonstrable credibility, a good knowledge of faculty thought leadership and a network of contacts. • Curious, original and inspirational thinking. • Self-sufficient with ability to prioritise and focus on material issues.
