Duties: The Operations Officer will be responsible for providing effective and comprehensive operational support to the Legal Services team. The post-holder will work closely with all members of the Legal Services team and liaise with other UCL teams as required
Requirements: The Operations Officer is required to have excellent administrative skills and experience of working in a secretarial capacity at a senior level. They will need to demonstrate an ability to work well as a member of a team but also to exercise initiative and work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as IT skills including data base packages Excel, Word, web browsers etc. The Operations Officer must be able to work with confidential information with diplomacy and tact, show a high degree of accuracy in their work and an ability to pay close attention to detail
