Position: Head of Resource Pool

Duties: Do you have the drive and experience to help UCL deliver its vision of a technology enabled, global teaching and learning organisation? We are now seeking an experienced IT professional to manage our pool of technical specialists. You will be responsible for the delivery of a resourcing service to support an expanding portfolio of IT projects. This includes the demand planning, recruitment, resource allocation, financial management and policy compliance. Responsibilities also include the management of some of the role types including technical leads, application developers and test analysts
Requirements: You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to establish high levels of credibility and be experienced in delivering high levels of service. You will have good knowledge of application design, development, IT quality and project delivery practices enabling you to develop your own high performing team of specialists within the wider resource pool
