Duties: Your work will be focused on understanding how battery operating parameters influence grid storage batteries performance and their lifetime. Research on materials and cell-component level will allow evaluation of safety and performance limitations dependent on operating condition of the grid-scale battery. Indentification of the degradation processes and their reversibility with aim to extend battery life will be one of the main goals of your project. Your duties will encompass as publication of project results in scientific journals and to present your findings at scientific conferences as well as at project meetings
Requirements: Master degree in engineering, chemistry, physic, materials science or a closely related discipline, preferably with experience with Li-ion batteries. Enthusiasm for experimental work. Interest in energy storage
