Position: Data Associate
Institution: Transamerica Corporation

Duties: Coordinate, process and reconcile transferred client assets into company systems, including posting data from prior records. Work with clients, vendors, payroll providers and internal resources as needed to capture and load data elements for migration. Maintain the NBI (new business intelligence) database and transaction calendar. Work with the internal CTS group as needed to correct data errors and resolve reporting issues. Audit, analyze and perform data quality reviews for each conversion as requested. Assist in maintaining the NBI (new business intelligence) database and transaction calendar. Prepare reports for project team members as requested
Requirements: One year of experience in the pension/retirement industry and/or experience using electronic data files. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
