Position: Presidential Research Fellowship - Management Sciences (Including Data Sciences, Decision Sciences, Service Systems and Operations and Supply Chain Management)

Duties: You will further our research current and new research programmes in the division. Our work brings together theories, models and techniques ranging from information extraction to many types of decision support across a range of research methodologies and analytical techniques. This include a focus on data sciences but spreads across a range of potential domains such as decision sciences, information systems, operations and supply chain management. We currently collaborate with national and international businesses as well as local and national government bodies, so there is strong potential to work with a range of excellent partners

You will have a growing reputation in research, evidenced by an emerging portfolio of internationally recognised publications. Crucially, you will demonstrate the ability to develop a coherent world-leading research programme, with new concepts and ideas to extend intellectual understanding. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills also equip you to build a team, and to inspire and engage students. As a Presidential Research Fellow in the Management Sciences and Marketing Division of Alliance Manchester Business School, you will further our research current and new research programmes in the division.
