Position: Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate - Data Scientist

Duties: To manage a challenging project central to a business' strategic development and long term growth. The Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate will be a University employee who will spend most of their working time at Bentley Motors Ltd, whilst being supported by a dedicated academic supervisor at Keele University. We are seeking to recruit a KTP Associate who will develop an innovative data mining process that will allow the company to exploit the value hidden in the data it owns and collects
Requirements: Postgraduate (Masters) degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a closely related discipline. Strong skills in data mining and machine learning. Relevant experience in data and statistical analysis. Highly motivated, organised and innovative in developing creative technical solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical material at all levels within the organisations. Ability to solve problems independently. Passion to conceptualise and understand the commercial imperative for this project
