Position: Reporting Specialist

Duties: Act as primary contact to manage and respond to reporting requests effectively and efficiently. • Prepare and deliver internal reports covering all aspects of Commercial Directorate in line with the NPL internal reporting schedules. • Support the production of sales bids and proposal material for both internal and external customers. • In response to internal ad-hoc requirements, use the existing information and reporting systems (e.g. QlikView, Oracle Discover and information obtained under the Revenue Planning process) to develop and deliver bespoke reports and analysis relating to NPL`s products and services
Requirements: Ability to analyse data from multiple sources. • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office applications – particularly Excel. • Experience of preparation of high impact reports and proposals. • Comfortable delivering to a wide range of internal customer – on time and in a responsive manner

Responsibilities include:- This role will support the Head of Customer Excellence to ensure timely and effective reporting of Customer related information. • Act as primary contact to manage and respond to reporting requests effectively and efficiently • Prepare and deliver internal reports covering all aspects of Commercial Directorate in line with the NPL internal reporting schedules. • Support the production of sales bids and proposal material for both internal and external customers. • In response to internal ad-hoc requirements, use the existing information and reporting systems (e.g. QlikView, Oracle Discover and information obtained under the Revenue Planning process) to develop and deliver bespoke reports and analysis relating to NPL`s products and services Skills and Background/Experience required • Ability to analyse data from multiple sources • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office applications - particularly Excel • Experience of preparation of high impact reports and proposals • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced team • Comfortable delivering to a wide range of internal customer - on time and in a responsive manner • Expert written communication skills .
