Duties: For the first 3 months, you will be working closely with the HR Management Information Manager with day to day activities, producing monthly and quarterly reports, acting as the second line support with Business World queries, responsible for any ad-hoc requests as well as some focus on data cleansing. The latter 6 months you will be working closely with the Head of Inclusion to produce the data, tables and charts for the University’s Athena Swan application. You will be responsible for researching, analysing and presenting the data set as guided by the Head of Inclusion, to ensure they meet the submission requirements
Requirements: You will have previous demonstrable experience of successfully analysing and disseminating large and complex quantitative data sets and statistical analysis. In addition, you will have strong research skills and the ability to evaluate information and identify errors, omissions and anomalies. With previous experience of reporting clear, accurate and convincing findings in a way that is accessible to a non-expert audience, you will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent analytical problem solving skills
