Requirements: Credentials according to regulatory requirements with minimum of 6+ years related teaching experience. Doctorate preferred. Held positions of increasingly responsible experience in the industry and/or Academic Affairs. Fiscal and personnel management experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong interpersonal skills with supervisor and staff populations. Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills. Strong computer literacy skills with the Microsoft Office Suite

Key Job Elements : Lead efforts to develop, assess, and maintain curricular programs in partnership with faculty and staff in a shared governance system. Recruits, selects, maintains, evaluates Deans and Associate Deans in collaboration with the appropriate committees and departments. Serves as the primary contact and leader for assessment of student learning and accreditation activities. Work with academic advising and other departments to support student success related to the following: retention initiatives, attendance, classroom performance, time to graduation. Provide input into planning and implementation of annual budget including personnel, program expenses, and capital needs. Coordinates a collection of student support services and activities in collaboration with other departments. Collaborate with Deans within home school and across schools in scheduling, sharing faculty, and other. Oversees logistical and operational aspects of the academic program, including registration, budgets, faculty, among others Provides leadership for new or revised academic programs Other responsibilities as determined by the Institutional President of the College.
