To improve the overall quality and accessibility of HR data within the university including static historical trends and live current staff information. To act as a key liaison with colleagues in Schools, ITS and other areas of HR to improve the quality of underlying HR data by identifying issues, constructively challenging assumptions and developing solutions to challenges and opportunities. Be responsible for the accurate and timely provision of HR data to external bodies for example HESA and Athena Swan, ONS, UCEA
A degree in a quantitative science subject (mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering or similar), or equivalent professional experience. Experience of creating environments to support trend reporting of HR data and enabling end users to self-service current HR information. Experience of using modern reporting tools and data manipulation tools to achieve the above (for example PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, Alteryx, SAS, Cognos)
