Duties: This lecturer post will contribute across the architecture courses from Part 1 to Part 3, through design studio teaching and delivery of lectures, workshops, seminars associated with Professional Studies. As an experienced architect, you will be familiar with practice and delivery of projects, and have specific expertise in procurement, legal and regulatory frameworks and project planning, in addition to design expertise. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to providing an excellent student experience and a supportive, positive learning environment
Requirements: First degree in Architecture (Part 1). Masters Degree or equivalent in Architecture (Part 2). Professional Studies (Part 3)

Initiatives such as the Media Hub allows students to experience cutting edge design tools, and enable students to achieve high levels of employability. We have ambitious plans for developing our high-quality and professionally led teaching to include architectural apprenticeships, bringing greater diversity and opportunity to the profession. Our excellent record for student satisfaction demonstrates how we continually strive to improve all aspects of our student engagement. The School is producing globally significant research and intends to submit to the next Research Excellence Framework. Over 30 academic staff form a creative partnership with a multidisciplinary team of part-time tutors, situated in the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries.
