Requirements: A Bachelor Honours degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a Data Management such as Database Management, Computer Science or Management Information Systems; Three years’ working experience in university enrolment planning; Three years’ working experience in a university institutional planning position or higher education context; Experience in enrolment planning, monitoring and evaluation within the higher education sector. Knowledge of the higher education sector; Knowledge of the higher education management information systems (HEMIS); Knowledge of programme and qualification mix (PQM) and the Higher Education; Qualifications Sub-framework (HEQSF); Knowledge of university funding; Microsoft Office and advanced report writing skills; Business plan analysis and data analysis skills; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including automating worksheet functionality, analysing and presenting data, exporting and importing excel data, analysing data with pivot tables, slicers and pivot charts, and analysing data with logical and lookup functions; Analytical and problem solving skills; High level report writing and communication; Ability to work under pressure and limited time frames
