Duties: We are looking for a talented HR Data and Insights Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our strategic goals by driving and supporting an evidence based culture in the University and throughout the HR team. You will play a key role in developing, delivering and reporting on our people strategy and plans. As an expert in HR data and insights, you will be working with colleagues on identifying what information is required on a regular (and ad hoc) basis to meet our regulatory, strategic and operational requirements. Therefore, you will need excellent communication skills and an ability to engage stakeholders on the value of appropriate data choices and on the value of evidence driven decision-making
Requirements: Hold a degree or equivalent, ideally with statistical/numerical/data/insights content or equivalent. Able to demonstrate substantial work experiencein HR or as a Data Analyst
