Professor Harry Hemingway is Director of IHI at UCL and the London Site of HDR UK. The appointee will join an exciting programme of work funded by the Innovative Medicines Initiative, BigData@Heart Award ( www.bigdata-heart.eu ) and will be a leading member of the analysis team of the HERMES Consortium ( www.hermesconsortium.org ), a large-scale genetic investigation of heart failure based at University College London (PIs: Dr Tom Lumbers, Dr Dan Swerdlow). This post is funded for 3 years in the first instance.
