Duties: The Library Information Assistant role is part of a small team within the Library Business, Planning & Quality team. The post holder will work closely with colleagues at all levels across the service, providing information, which is used for senior level decision making. They will provide day to day assistance on a range of administrative support across the service.It is essential that the post holder be technically competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of spreadsheets. You will be skilful in compiling and analysing information using different functionalities gathered from a number of sources
Requirements: Good general education (or equivalent qualifications) including English and Mathematics or relevant professional experience. Experience of using Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel spreadsheets at an intermediate level to capture, manage and report information. Experience of merging data or text from different sources to create reports
