The post holder would provide teaching for both grades of student chairside and seminar-based. Please see Job Person Specification. It is essential that the post holder has a recognized training certificate as a Specialist Orthodontist and full General Dental Council registration to undertake independent patient care within the NHS. This post is part time until 5 th July 2019 (starting from 6 th July 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter). The post is a result of maternity leave and it is expected that the successful candidate will hold it for the full period. However, should the post-holder on maternity leave exercise her right to return to work earlier, then this appointment will be terminated earlier, subject to a notice period of one month. Appointment will be made on the Clinical Academic salary scale, with a salary in the range £31,931 - £59,401 £1,470 London Weighting per annum (pro rata).
