Duties: The FSU College of Business is seeking to fill one tenure-track position in real estate at the assistant professor rank beginning in August 2018. The desired primary teaching specialties are real estate valuation, real estate finance, and real estate investment, but other areas will be considered. The ideal candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, both face-to-face and online. Florida State University is a top-tier, research-intensive university that emphasizes excellence in both research and teaching. Candidates must have a strong commitment to research which leads to refereed publications in premier outlets. The department, college and university provide excellent support for faculty research. Service to the university and profession is also expected
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance or Economics, or equivalent, from an AACSB-accredited program.
