The research project is in collaboration with Imperial College, Birmingham and Cambridge Universities plus Industrial partners. The post holder will carry out experimental work on advanced heat exchangers. We plan to use novel coatings or structured surfaces as well as phase change materials to enhance two-phase heat transfer. The successful applicant should have a PhD and relevant experience in heat transfer and fluid flow. The post is for a period of two years. The research fellow will join an established research team of six PhD students and three post-doctoral research fellows working in similar areas and will be supported by technical staff.
