Required Skills: Minimum of 8 years of relevant systems engineering and/or software engineering experience. Current TS/SCI security clearance. Demonstrated ability to write system-level requirements, perform functional requirements decomposition and requirements allocation to system components, identify dependencies and develop response plans. Demonstrated ability to develop a system Concept of Operations (CONOPs). Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and document internal & external system interfaces (ICDs). Experience with system architecture & design, trade studies, and system integration, verification & validation. Strong communications, organization, planning and writing skills; technical & management. Ability to work in a team environment that includes systems and/or software engineers, managing time & resources, as demonstrated by successful execution experience. Commitment to on-schedule task completions and to producing high quality work products. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall development methodologies & concepts as demonstrated by successful execution. Desired Skills: Current CI-Polygraph. Experience working in all phases of the product development lifecycle. Direct communications experience with customers and/or end users. Experience in software development. Experience with agile development as a Product Owner and/or ScrumMaster. Experience as a Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) or Chief Engineer (CE).
