The role holder will be expected to produce independent, original contributions to the subject area
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a PhD in Neuroscience or related area such as computer science, physics or engineering. A proven knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, specifically imaging using two-photon microscopy and the associated necessary surgical and technical skills is essential. It is also essential that candidates are able to demonstrable comprehensive knowledge in the subject area of plasticity and visual cortex

The appointment is available immediately and is funded until 31st December 2018 in the first instance.
