Position: Digital Analytics Analyst

Duties: Collect, maintain, and report digital behavior data. Help produce business data dashboards, create standard reports, minor ad hoc reports for websites, mobile apps, social media and on-line search initiatives. Provide analytics support for Ameriprise Financial broker-dealer, insurance and annuities, and asset management interactive teams. Maintain, extract and analyze data about customers and prospects where the interaction originates online. Compile information and analyze non-standard qualitative and/or quantitative data. Utilize data reporting and analysis tools to produce recurring reports and dashboards as needed on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Basic knowledge of company products/services and marketing strategies that is generally learned on the job. Good ability to build strong relationships with business partners. 1-3 years of experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools and skills

Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent Good analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to apply basic statistical analysis and modeling. Strong relationship & communication skills in working with colleagues and business partners. Basic knowledge of company products/services and marketing strategies that is generally learned on the job. Good ability to build strong relationships with business partners. 1-3 years of experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools and skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree focus in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related field Experience with Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, and DTM (Dynamic Tag Management) or similar tool such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Webtrends, or similar tool.
